How to Use	1. Wet hair thoroughly. 2. Wet and lather up your shampoo bar in your hands, then apply lather to hair from root to tip. Alternatively, you can rub the bar directly onto hair and lather. Just remember to work the shampoo into the hair with water and lather well. 3. Rinse well with plenty of water. If you have long hair, pay special attention to the middle back of your hair and make sure you have rinsed out all of the soap. A final rinse with diluted apple cider vinegar is a good alternative to conditioners
