We endeavour to dispatch your products, which some are freshly produced on order, within 1-2 working days after the date they are received and paid for.
Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Therefore orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will not be processed and dispatched until the following Monday. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery. Pure Company does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

As a small artisan business, we don’t make any profit on postage and packaging but we like to do as much as we can to make you a happy return customer and therefore offer a Loyalty scheme that saves you 10% on delivery on every future order.
RETURNS PROCEDURE AND REFUND POLICY
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase and are sure you understand that due to the nature of the products sold, we are unable to offer any refund once your purchase is opened. Should you wish to return anything bought from us and the product is in re-saleable, perfect and unopened condition, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product.
Returns should be made within a reasonable time (within 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.
Our products are safely boxed and cushioned with recycled packing chips or bubble wrap in a suitable postal box. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit.
We are sorry but as our products are sometimes made fresh to order, we cannot except any cancellations.
